Want to know more about me? I've been a licensed real estate
salesperson with Century 21 Action Realty since 1996.
I am affiliated with a top office (in a region of 151 offices)
in the CENTURY 21 South System. Sales volume accomplished includes: over $24.4 million. I
designed and implemented the first individual real estate agent's web site in
Liberty County, Georgia in 1996 and supervised and participated in the design
and implementation of CENTURY 21 Action Realty's first web site.
In October 2007, I
received the coveted Liberty County NAACP President's Award.
In August 2007, I had the honor of receiving the YMCA of
Coastal GA, Inc.'s Teen Achievers Program Volunteer of the Year Award.
In April 2006, I was nominated
for the United Way of the Coastal Empire, Volunteer of the Year Award.
In 2005, I was
honored by receiving the 2004 Business of the Year Award from the
Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
In 2003, I had the
honor of serving as
the 25th & 1st African-American to serve a full term as President of the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS.
In 2003, I was the 1st
African-American to be appointed to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners, Public Facilities
Authority. I currently serve as Vice Chairman of the Authority. In February 2001, I was
honored with being voted the 1st African American to receive the prestigious
HABR "Bill Starke" REALTOR®
OF THE YEAR award for the year 2000.
I've lived in Liberty County, Georgia since 1986 and have been
married to a soldier in the United States Army since 1982. We have one daughter
(in the Navy) and son-in-law and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I
was born in Baltimore, Maryland and have lived in Georgia, Hawaii and Germany.
I've traveled the U.S., Hawaiian Islands
and Europe extensively. My background includes: owning
a consulting
business, political communications & public relations, accounting, marketing, management, non-profit program coordinating, event planning,
desktop publishing and costume design. In
my spare time I enjoy dancing, fashion, gardening, computers and singing (voice in
training). I also
love to dine well, read, travel and spend time with my family and friends.
